Problem
Lussilia's website struggled to serve music fans and industry professionals effectively. Unclear navigation and duplicated content frustrated users, while the lack of strategic structure prevented her from establishing credibility.
Solution
I restructured the site with clear information architecture, distinct pathways for each audience, and on-brand visual design, transforming it into a multi-functional platform that effectively positioned Lussilia as a credible artist in the independent music community.

To conclude
Unless you're involved in the music industry, it's easy to overlook the diverse profiles visiting an independent artist's website. Working on this project revealed the significant differences between what industry professionals seek and what fans want. Professionals look for press kits, booking information, and credibility markers, while fans seek show updates, new releases, and personal connection.
This project reinforced a crucial principle: a well-defined strategy across all digital touchpoints is essential for effective content planning, brand awareness, and growth. Understanding the unique objective of each touchpoint, whether it's converting industry professionals or engaging fans, became the foundation for creating a cohesive and purposeful digital ecosystem, not just a website.
